About Me
I am Yang Shen (1998/08/29 - ), I Got a Bachelor of Engineering from School of Aerospace Engineering, Tsinghua University in 2021 🚀. I am currently a Ph.D. candidate at the School of Aerospace Engineering. During my doctoral studies, I am mainly focusing on thermal issues in semiconductors, especially in gallium nitride high-electron-mobility transistors (GaN HEMTs). One of my favorite activities is to write articles to help me understand things, so I create my own public account and personal website to record these contents. The name of the website comes from the first novel of Haruki Murakami - "Hear the Wind Sing".
